Pleasant Brand Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time: After processing is complete, standard domestic shipping takes an additional 2-5 business days via USPS.

Total Delivery Time Domestic Orders (US): 4-8 business days total from order placement. Holiday/Peak season: may take up to 10 business days due to increased volume and carrier delays.
