Return & Exchange Policy

At Pleasant Brand, we're all about keeping our customers happy, we want you to love your purchase! If there's an issue, let us know and we'll make it right.

 

Damaged Product:

  • If your item arrived damaged, email us at contact@pleasantbrand.com.
  • Report the issue within 14 days of product delivery and we will replace it for free.
  • You will need to provide a clear photo showing the issue.
  • There's no need to return the damaged product.

 

Return (Refund):

  • To request a return (refund), email us at contact@pleasantbrand.com.
  • Must be submitted within 14 days of product delivery.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, have zero odor (perfumes, detergent, deodorant, etc.), and be returned in its original condition.
  • Please note, customer covers return shipping costs.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Just as a heads-up, initial shipping costs are not refundable, as these funds are used to purchase the shipping label for your original order.

 

Exchanges:

  • To request an exchange, email us at contact@pleasantbrand.com.
  • Must be submitted within 14 days of product delivery and must be for the same product in a different size.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, have zero odor (perfumes, detergent, deodorant, etc.), and be returned in its original condition. 
  • Please note, customer covers return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee applies.
